Like Hell I'm Folding

Or should I fold? Reads on the villain (only 18 hands) is that he's a VPIP of 18% and a PFR of 12% so he's pretty tight I guess. The river card pairs the board and the villian ships it into the middle .... snap call or insta-fold, what would you do?
